PAREIDOLIE (Pareidolia) – 70 x 50 cm
In the cool shadow of an old stone wall,
a man with fiery hair sits, lost in thought.
His hand grips the handle of a worn-out cart,
surrounded by simple objects — a watering can, a funnel, a rolled-up mat —
suggesting a journey more inward than outward.
Above him, dense green leaves form the outline of a face,
a silent companion whispering to his anger.

Artistic approach
With PAREIDOLIA, I wanted to evoke this human tendency
to perceive the invisible,
to find souls and signs in the most ordinary things.
The man, a subtle nod to a modern Astérix,
embodies inner drift, resilience, and a simmering anger.
The face emerging from the foliage offers a double reading:
is it guidance, warning, or a reflection of the self?
The scene is suspended between daydream and inner confrontation.
